Pre-order policy
Everything you need to know about ordering pre-order items with lune.
Pre-order items
Our first collection is available as a pre-order. That means we place your order with our supplier after you buy, so your hijab is made and shipped to you rather than pulled from stock we already hold. Here is exactly what to expect.
Shipping time
Pre-order items ship in about 4 to 6 weeks from the date you order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. We’ll email you when your order ships, with tracking.
Payment
You are charged in full at checkout. Your card is not charged again.
Delays
If we expect your order to take longer than 6 weeks, we’ll email you before that date to let you know, with a new estimate. You can choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us at lunehijabs1@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
If we can’t fulfill your order
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we’ll cancel it and refund the full amount you paid, including shipping.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $7.99, and free on orders over $50.
Bundle savings
Buy 3 hijabs and save 10%, or buy 4 or more and save 15%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
